Brandon Day received his undergraduate degree from Berry College in 1999, and he is a 2006 graduate of Georgia State University College of Law. While in law school, Brandon worked with the Georgia State University College of Law Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic where he provided legal services to low income taxpayers with federal tax controversies. In addition, Brandon interned with an Atlanta law firm that specialized in labor and employment.

Following his graduation from law school, Brandon worked for a local law firm concentrating in litigation defense. Brandon’s primary area of practice is the defense of companies and individuals in a wide range of civil litigation including premises liability and motor vehicle accidents.

Brandon grew-up in the Atlanta area and currently lives in Inman Park with his wife.
