Craig Brookes is an experienced litigator in the areas of medical malpractice, personal
injury, product liability, professional malpractice, premises liability and
insurance coverage issues. Craig has represented hundreds of clients from Georgia
and elsewhere in the United States in many of these areas, ranging from national
insurance carriers and self insured companies to small businesses and private
individuals.
Additionally, Craig represents businesses and individuals in commercial disputes
ranging from contractual disagreements to construction defects to employment
conflicts.
Craig is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the American Bar Association,
the Atlanta Bar Association and the National Defense Research Institute as well as
being an associate member of the Georgia Health Care Association. He is frequently
called on to speak about risk management topics in the area of medical malpractice,
and has been a featured speaker on alternative dispute resolution with the
National Business Institute.
A native of the metro Atlanta area, Craig lives in Atlanta with his wife, Allana,
and his son, Boland, and is active in community affairs.
